Our Teachers

  • Jess lives and breathes yoga.

A qualified teacher for five years and a Wanstead local most of her life, she has taught thousands of public classes at studios across North, East and Central London. She has a wealth of experience teaching students of all stages in their journey.

With training in Ashtanga, Rocket and Power, her vinyasa classes are challenging but playful. he also trained in Yin yoga, a practice invaluable for when it’s time to be a little more still.

Like a true Libra, she is always trying to find balance.

  • Rachel has been teaching yoga for over 9 years, training initially with renowned Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher Claire Missingham before deepening her knowledge with Advanced Teacher Training with the authoritative teacher’s teacher, Anna Ashby. She also trained with Anna in teaching Restorative Yoga, a therapeutic style of practice which was developed by B. K. S. Iyengar.

Rachel recently graduated with an MA in the Traditions of Yoga & Meditation from SOAS, University of London, and continues her studies of the Sanskrit Language.

Rachel teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga through an intelligent sequencing of postures, often working towards a 'peak' posture or group of postures. ‘Vinyasa’ translates as' to place in a special way’, and this lays emphasis on not only the creative sequencing that you’ll find in Rachel’s flow classes but also the transitional movements between postures that seamlessly link them together. Rache’s Vinyasa classes have a particular focus on alignment, creative sequencing, and music!

  • Since Jule’s first yoga class in 2009, practising yoga has been an integral part of her life. It allowed her to explore her creativity- as well as navigate the emotional ups and downs of life as an actor!

In Jule’s classes, she hopes to encourage you to explore your creativity through movement and find connection and peace with your body and mind. Her teaching has an emphasis on breath and body connection, along with a heap of play and a willingness to belly laugh at yourself.

  • Gemma is a Vinyasa Flow teacher specialising in women’s health, particularly pre- and postpartum. She provides a warm and safe environment to support students and typically ends each class with restorative poses to promote deep relaxation and a greater sense of well-being.

  • Elle is a creative yoga teacher with a deep knowledge of pranayama and asana, committed to the personalisation of classes, serving students of all abilities and backgrounds, and sharing a passion for spirituality.
